My name is Torben Frigaard Rasmussen and I have been Group CEO for six month. it is time for me to outline some of the things we are working to achieve.

Bookkeeping should be easy, quick and fun
As stated on our webpage we want to be the worldwide leader. This can only be achieved thru making our customers work with e-conomic easy, fast and fun.

We want more than just satisfied customers
We would like our customers to take the step from being “just” satisfied to actively promote us to colleagues, friends and family. Committed customers that help us improve.

New measures in recent months and until the summer
You will experience that we are launching new media (at least new to us) such as this blog. We will also use wiki, YouTube, forums, communities and other media that allows you to seek assistance, dialogue and information – also outside our phone hours.

For quite a time we have wanted to bring our product development closer to our customers. Therefore we have introduced monthly “market packages” containing concrete improvements / changes to the program – all requested by our clients and often across the four countries.

Get involved!
Together with our employees you will have the opportunity to use the new media and provide input to product development. The key to us becoming better, is that you tell us how we can do better, for the benefit of us and for other customers.
