Two new features in the subscription module
We have introduced two new features in the subscription module. Like the other functions of the subscription module these functions addresses firms and organisations using recurring invoicing e.g. web hosting, leasing companies, clubs etc.
Extra text to order / invoice
The first is that you can give your orders and invoices, an additional text line. For example, as a hosting company, you can now specify the domain name on the invoice e.g. www.e-conomic.co.uk. If a customer has multiple domains for example, www.e-conomic.eu, each domain are shown in the list. As a landlord, you can enter the rental address, or the like.
Indexed billing
The second feature is a little more sophisticated. If you host domain names, or you are a landlord it is now possible to index the subscription fee
Example:
The product you sell costs 100 £
You sell one of these per period.
Start index is 1
In the period of billing the index 1.1.
The price of the products during the billing period is as follows:
Price * number * (period index / start index)
100 * 1 * (1.1 / 1) = 110 £
