Trouble Viewing Invoice PDFs or Other Document Images?
A recent query came from a customer who was unable to view a posted sales invoice.
On further investigation the customer advised that they had recently upgraded to a new version of Internet Explorer, causing some of the settings to be changed.
In order to be able to view invoices in e-conomic, your browser must allow the saving of encypted data to disk, as the invoice file is encrypted by our server.
You can make this setting in Internet Explorer as follows: Click on the ‘Tools’ menu and then select ‘Internet Options’. Click the ‘Advanced’ tab, then scroll down to the option under Security called ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’ and ensure that this box is NOT checked.
