In order to optimise the general performance of e-conomic, we are installing newer, faster servers. This will give the accounting system an overall speed-kick and provide better performance when the system is completing heavier tasks.
The maintenance means that from
8pm GMT Saturday, January 26th to 5am GMT Sunday, January 27th
you may experience being logged off e-conomic for a short period of time.
You’ll still be able to work in e-conomic during this time, but if you’re logged off the system, just try logging in again after a couple of minutes.
During the maintenance window, we’ll have to shut off the access to e-conomic for maximum one hour. We can’t specify what time this will be exactly, but we will try to do this during a time that affects as few users as possible.
We’ll let you know on the Login page when this happens. The notification message there will change from yellow to red, when you’re unable to log in.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we’ll do what we can to finish as fast as possible. Read more about this scheduled maintenance on the Techtalk blog.
Update:
We have been made aware of circumstances that will extend the offline time during the maintenance this weekend. From 8pm GMT Saturday, January 26th to 5am GMT Sunday, January 27th the e-conomic Accounting system will be completely offline. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, and hope that you can complete your bookkeeping during daytime hours both Saturday and Sunday.
