When you can’t delay it any longer and you have to book your various invoices from your suppliers, that have “neatly” piled up on your desk, because you just find this very tedious work, and think that your time could be spend in a better way.
Why not do yourself a favour and at the same time enhance your bookkeeping, by using the add-on module “Scannning”
?
By using the add-on module “Scanning” you can scan your documents and send them to your agreement. When you log on to your agreement, all you have to do is find your scanned documents and continue to work with them in your agreement.

Sure, we may have told you before, but at E-conomic we like to look for that competitive edge which makes all the difference. Our software is state of the art, the technical setup rock solid and sales are phenomenal. E-conomic is, quite simply a product which is very recommendable.

Become a partner and earn £65 per customer.
Recommendations are the basis for our Referral Partner scheme – our affiliate programme. The referral partner programme helps us to market E-conomic and gives webmasters the possibility of writing about and referring people to our software. Pay-out is £65 per referred customer.
A niche with little competition
For those familiar with affiliate marketing it will come as no surprise that most online product categories are heavily advertised through affiliate programmes which makes it hard for affiliates to monetise the individual advertisement.
It appears however, that the subject of accounting for SMEs and online accounting software has received very little attention by affiliate marketers so far. Especially in the UK it is baffling that relevant domain names are still available even though keywords are heavily searched for.
Earn money with the niche
Even though the number of referral partners has surpassed 1000 s, we offer personal support for anyone who wants to make a special effort setting up a good affiliate site. We assist referral partners by providing content, discuss different strategies and make affiliate sites as relevant as possible.
We have many good referral partners earning several commissions a month. In the UK we would like to see more partners like this and invite webmasters to sign up.
We pay £65 per customer. Are you ready to make us regret that?

When you take out an agreement there’s a few important things you have to set up, before you are ready to get up and running. You have to create your accounting year, and you have to have a chart of accounts just to mention some of them.
Your chart of accounts can be created from scratch, or you can import the one you have previously used, perhaps in another accounting system?
You also have the option to use a default setup and here choose a chart of accounts, that has already been created with a variaty of accounts for your type of business.

Having created your customers or suppliers in your agreement, perhaps the final thing you need to do, is to register the relevant contact details for the various customers or suppliers.
You can of course create these manually, perhaps you only have a few, but if you have a big contact file, the easiest way of creating these, would be to import the information into the agreement.

We at E-conomic are proud of our large range of accounting apps. Instead of entering your data manually in both your accounts and other online systems you can make use of Apps and save time by automating the exchange of data between systems.
Lech Madrzyk, Co-Founder of Carry The One made use of E-conomic’s open application programming interface (API) and integrated five different webshops with E-conomic.

CarryTheOne’s users report to save up to 20 hours a month as they only have to enter data once: The app automatically import sales, customer records and allocate payments into their accounting software.
Lech Madrzyk says: “We saw integration with E-conomic as a fabulous opportunity as they are one of the very few SaaS accounting applications that have the functionality of full inventory and stock control options as part of their system “. You can read the full testimonial from CarryTheOne here.
