The accounting firm Nordland Revision in Denmark recently reported that 20% of Danish farmers are using E-conomic!
These Danish farmers have discovered the flexibility and adaptability of the E-conomic application. It is available anywhere that has internet access, and can be used quickly and easily.
This optimal solution for farmers came together from a collaborative effort between Nordland Revision and E-conomic. This unique solution for the agricultural industry provides a new accounting standard for Danish farmers.
And, the success of this solution is clear: the number of farmers using E-conomic doubled in the last two years and is continuing to rise.
This positive endorsement from farmers truly emphasizes how wide E-conomic spans. The E-conomic accounting application can be used by most companies and can be adapted for anyone, anywhere.
Whatever your profession E-conomic can be tailored to fit your specific requirements.
Our easy to use scanning module can easily be added to your application, enabling you to swiftly scan in supplier invoices together with current receipts.
The module provides you with a unique system email address. Any documents, PDF files, gif and jpgs mailed to this email address can be brought into the application.
You can also have a copy of your scan displayed at the base of your screen. This can be used as a starting point for entry booking, allowing you or your bookkeeper to work from that record, avoiding the possibility of falling behind because of any delay in receiving paper invoices.
Further time saving can be made by asking suppliers to invoice directly to your unique scanning email address.
You can also choose to save your document as an electronic file without access to supporting documents - useful for those need to keep employment agreements, and other contracts conveniently accessible.
See the video on How to Scan Supplier Invoices in E-conomic:

If you have any further questions about this module, they may be answered in our Scanning module FAQ.
Happy scanning!

E-conomic works to continue ensuring the safe storage of your data
A carpenter should be able to spend his valuable time honing his craft – not on project accounting or manual paper work.
Here at E-conomic, we have taken this notion into consideration and come up with a Craftman’s Solution. This E-conomic solution is intended for busy carpenters, architects, bricklayers, and others who are looking for a simple and time-saving solution for managing their businesses.
On our website you can read a testimonial by craftsman Lars Toft, who opened a computer for the very first time just four years ago, and now successfully creates projects in E-conomic with ease.
This allows him to leave the time reporting in the hands of his employees – and the accounting to his wife!
