New phone support opening hours
When it come to Service and Support, we here at E-conomic would like to offer the best solution possible for our clients.
We hope to accomplish this by answering general questions online where they are accessible 24/7 and can be revised over and over again (such as help videos / E-copedia), as well as individual questions in the form of telephone and e-mail help.
In order to offer the best of both worlds, the hours of our telephone support and our e-mail support have changed. You can now call us and ask for assistance between the hours 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and send us e-mails for a fast response from 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, Monday – Friday.
In order to give our Service and Support team more time to work on improving the 24/7 online support resources, we have reduced the opening hours of our telephone hot line.
In this way, our new International Service and Support Team can continue to provide better and better support for you, our customers!
