When you’re working in your daybook, entering your postings and being ready to book them, you may come across this message “Not all entries have been approved” ?

This message will appear, if your daybook has been setup not allowing you to book entries that are not approved by your administrator. Maybe your administrator wishes to make sure you don’t book entries thats are not entirely correct and that’s why the daybook needs to be approved?

If that’s not the case – well don’t fret – if you’re confident that the entries you’re booking are all right – you can easily change this in your daybook. All you need to do is untick the a box in your daybooks settings.

When the box is unticked you can then book your daybook without your adminitstrators “seal of approval”.
