Would you like to be able to keep better track of your expenses and income, when working with your agreement?
You can easily have that overview, if you use the add on module Dimension, when you book your customer or supplier invoices.
With the add on module Dimension, you can create various “departments” and add these departments to your entry. When you book your customer or supplier invoices you will then distribute the cost and profit to these departments.

With our latest round of system improvements – E-conomic’s 53rd Market Package – you can now use our new reports to easily and quickly spot any differences between your balance lists and control accounts.
In addition, we have added useful new features for both the basic module and the Project Accounting and Stock Management modules.

Perhaps your first thought would be to mail, or phone the E-conomic support, and have us send you a copy of your invoice, if you’re not able to find it for some reason or other
.
That’s quite alright, but you really don’t have to go to that much trouble. You can actually see or print your invoice directly from your agreement.
All you have to do is click on the settings tab, choose the “subscription status” menu, on the left hand side of the screen, and simply click on the icon “Show invoices from E-conomic”.
In the pop-up window, you can see all the invoices we have sent you, and you might also see reminders or credit notes, if you’ve had any of those sent to you as well.

BT Broadbank is having technical problems and unfortunately this effects the UK support. We are not able to do any support at the moment and we are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

With the add on module subscription, you no longer have to create every order or invoice from scratch, every time you need to do one.
And why use valuable time, you could have spend doing other important things, creating multible orders or invoices, especially if your orders or invoices are of the recurring kind.
With the add on module, you just simply create a subscription, add the product or products your customer require and the customer/subscriber to the subscription, and then run the subscription batch.
The add on module may not be free, but it will definately add some more free time to your life
.
The system will now automatically create all the invoices or orders you have made ready, with just one mouse-click. You can upgrade your orders to invoices, or book your invoices anytime you like. Choose some or all of them and with one mouse-click, book or send all of them.

The E-conomic system has been updated with a new round of system improvements called Market Package 52.
With this update, you now have additional capabilities for linking documents in the Project Accounting module and search by suppliers in the Stock Management module.

Do you need of an overview of your company’s current stock, but your usual spreadsheet is no longer good enough at providing accurate and current stock data?
Well then the E-conomic add-on module Stock Management might be just what you need!
With the Stock management module you can create and send your product orders to your suppliers, and when you receive your products, they will be added to your stock instantly. Also when you create a customer order and print delivery or packing notes, your products will automatically be withdrawn from your stock!
