When you take out an E-conomic agreement, among many other things, you already have a template collection ready to use, because of the default setup within your E-conomic agreement.

In this template collection you can find a readymade  Invoice, Order confirmation, Statement of account etc. so without any effort on your behalf, you are ready to send an invoice to your customer, when you have created your product in the product list.

Why not make the process of invoicing your customers fast and easy, so you can spend your time doing something else?

With the E-conomic Subscription add-on module, you can create all of your invoices in one go!  With just one click of your mouse, your invoices are all booked and e-mailed to your customers.

To get started with the Subscription module you simply need to do three things: create a subscription, and then link the products and customers (subscribers) to that subscription!

Once this is done, you only have to run a subscription batch job when your subscription is due for invoicing. E-conomic will then create the  invoices and all that’s left for you to do is book and e-mail the invoices!

When you first start using E-conomic, you’ll be presented with a selection of set up wizards. These wizards will help you fill in the necessary information into the system, so you are able to use your E-conomic agreement in the best way possible.

When you have finished with the set up wizards, you will be able to send invoices containing your company information and you would also have selected a default setup.
